Person or Witness Locate
Our Person location service can effectively pinpoint the current address of a person anywhere in the United States. We can locate lost friends, loved ones, deadbeats, missing persons, someone who has skipped out to avoid a creditor or legal obligation, witnesses or relatives with very little information to start with. On the other hand, maybe you need to find someone who has wronged you in one way or another. Perhaps you need to locate someone who owes you money, or has done something to someone you know. Emerald City Investigators tackles these types of cases with much dedication, because we always want to make sure the law is upheld and that people do the right thing. Although the person’s full name, date of birth and last know address are helpful, we can start with very limited information if necessary.
Accuracy in Finding People:
Without accuracy, you cannot make confident decisions. With every request, you can be assured that you are getting complete, current and accurate data. Our location reports are completed by experienced investigators who have the ability and resources to confirm the current address of the person you need to contact. The amount of time it may take to complete our location reports vary depending on what kind of information you are able to provide about the person you wish to locate.
Skiptracing
Skiptracing is the process of locating a person's whereabouts for any number of purposes.
This includes but is not limited to: debt collections, bail bond enforcement (bounty hunting), witness location, questioning, or almost any facet of an investigation that entails making difficult contact with a subject.
This is done by collecting as much information as possible about the subject which is then analyzed, redacted, and verified. Sometimes the subject’s current whereabouts are in the data, but is obscured by the shear amount of information or disinformation. More often the data will be used to identify third parties that might be able to assist the process (the old fashion way). This is where the job becomes more than mere research since one must be very diplomatic in order to get information in this manner without compromising the situation, this is where we rely on our field investigator’s method of operation to locate and verify the hard to find person.
When someone does not want to be found, that does not mean they cannot be skipped. Emerald City Investigators will use all their resources throughout the nation to locate that skipped someone.
